正月初五，也叫“破五”，是我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，在這一天有很多講究和習(xí)俗，在《歲時(shí)瑣事》中記載說(shuō)：“欲有所作為，必過(guò)此五日，始行之”，意思就是在春節(jié)期間有很多規(guī)矩和講究，不能亂說(shuō)話(huà)，不能說(shuō)不吉利的話(huà)，過(guò)了初五之后人們不必有這些忌諱。
“破五”這一天，人們最在意的一件事情就是“送窮迎財(cái)”，即智窮、學(xué)窮、文窮、命窮、交窮，民間把這五窮稱(chēng)之為五窮鬼，大家會(huì)用不同的習(xí)俗將這五窮送走，比如在陜西韓城一帶，大家會(huì)炒麻豆，將豆子炒到噼里啪啦作響，意思就時(shí)把壞的運(yùn)氣“崩走”。當(dāng)然除了送窮之外，這5件事，破五一定不要忘。
一、迎財(cái)神
據(jù)說(shuō)正月初五是財(cái)神的生日，從這一天凌晨開(kāi)始，人們就開(kāi)始相繼迎財(cái)神，普通人家會(huì)給財(cái)神供上水果，面條或者餃子，在燒香求拜，燃放鞭炮以此求得財(cái)運(yùn)，而且給財(cái)神貢過(guò)的吃食，再讓家里人吃，來(lái)年財(cái)運(yùn)一定會(huì)旺。
財(cái)神即五路神。所謂五路，指東西南北中，意為出門(mén)五路，皆可得財(cái)。除了五路神之外，還有武財(cái)神，文財(cái)神等說(shuō)法，但無(wú)論拜哪個(gè)財(cái)神，只要心誠(chéng)，皆能帶來(lái)財(cái)運(yùn)。
二、吃餃子
俗話(huà)說(shuō)“好吃不如餃子”，在中國(guó)大大小小的節(jié)日里，都離不開(kāi)吃餃子，除了美味之外，它已經(jīng)是中華美食重要的組成部分。從初一到初五禁忌比較多，所以到了破五吃餃子，表示慶賀不在有禁忌了。另外還有人“包餃子，捏住小人嘴”的說(shuō)法，意思就是來(lái)年小人少說(shuō)壞話(huà)。
三、打掃房子
從除夕開(kāi)始到正月初四，通常是不會(huì)打掃房子的，尤其是掃地，老一輩人認(rèn)為會(huì)把財(cái)運(yùn)掃走，而到了破五這一天，就要由內(nèi)到外把垃圾掃成一個(gè)堆，然后放上鞭炮，點(diǎn)然后噼里啪啦，這樣不好的運(yùn)氣都會(huì)一掃而光，剩下的便是財(cái)氣和福氣。
四、放鞭炮
正月初五這一天，家家戶(hù)戶(hù)都會(huì)燃放鞭炮，而且鞭炮越響越長(zhǎng)，寓意就越好，代表著把窮運(yùn)，以及各種不吉利都能轟去，有人還會(huì)燃放二踢腳，也叫“崩窮”，把晦氣和窮氣統(tǒng)統(tǒng)都崩掉。有些商戶(hù)在初五這一天也會(huì)正式營(yíng)業(yè)，放一串鞭炮，寓意今天財(cái)源滾滾。
1.大年初五迎財(cái)神。大財(cái)小財(cái)，八方來(lái)財(cái)；養(yǎng)財(cái)蓄財(cái)，年年添財(cái)；招財(cái)進(jìn)財(cái)，和氣生財(cái)；正財(cái)橫財(cái)，恭喜發(fā)財(cái)。財(cái)神日，接財(cái)神，財(cái)氣沖天，運(yùn)亨通！
